We will guide you in renting your property as optimally as possible, providing you with peace of mind. We act as the liaison between lessee and lessor. At CORES, we operate as a one-stop-shop, which enables us to forge long-term relationships. The result: prompt and proper follow-up without any unnecessary intermediate steps.

We collaborate with the contractor who is responsible for the finishing of your apartment, so we do not have to wait for the completion of your apartment to start preparing the rental of your property. At CRS, your property starts in pole position.
The stewardship programme of CRS is a comprehensive service package for owners who have already rented their property. This can save them a lot of headaches. The steward has 3 core tasks, all of which pertain to the private part:
- Financial: follow up rent payments and any payment issues
- Administrative: compile lease contracts with all related certificates and plans
- Technical: follow up all required inspections and maintenance to ensure your new apartment remains up-to-date
