CORES has entered into a partnership with publicly traded developer Atenor to develop an office project located on the Belval site in Esch-sur-Alzette. A 20-minute drive from Luxembourg City, the university neighbourhood of Belval is the ideal location to combine living, working and leisure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following on from the earlier success story in Maastricht (the Netherlands), with the ‘Wauwhaus’ student accommodation development, CORES Development is once again crossing borders, this time to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the Square 42 office building project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ideally located Square 42 will feature 20,427 m\u00b2 and 839 m\u00b2 of office and retail space respectively and be complemented by terraces, a rooftop garden and a restaurant for the ultimate office experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Square 42 is strongly committed to sustainability, with the project aiming for BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WELL ‘Gold’ certification by banning fossil fuels and creating green spaces and patios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
