Together with Urbicoon, Foresite and APE, CORES Development has been working on the reconversion of the 40,000 m\u00b2 office building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-margin-small\">The new Royal Belge building, conceived and designed by Caruso St John Architects and Bovenbouw Architectuur, has been carried out in collaboration with DDS+. The <a href=\"https:\/\/coresdevelopment.be\/royale-belge-nieuwe-stap-voor-een-iconisch-gebouw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reconversion<\/a> of the historic, but also single-purpose bronze-coloured and cross-shaped structure into a dynamic and multifunctional location has taken place with respect for the architectural heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SOUVERAIN 25, ALL-IN-ONE HOSPITALITY CONCEPT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-margin-small\">In addition to offices and co-working spaces, Souverain 25&#8217;s new mixed-use programme also includes a hotel, restaurants, food market, auditorium and sports and wellness centre, which will see the building take its rightful place in Brussels urban life. Anyone entering <a href=\"https:\/\/mix.brussels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Souverain 25<\/a> will be immersed in an unadulterated, contemporary hotel experience in the spirit of yesteryear.
