The new complex aims to obtain two leading international certifications: BREEAM Outstanding, the highest rating for sustainable building design, construction and management; and WELL Platinum, which focuses on health, comfort and well-being, with an emphasis on air quality, natural light, acoustics and physical activity. Greenery will also play a key role in the design. A spacious atrium, a courtyard garden and several green (rooftop) terraces will bring nature into the heart of the building and will offer employees places to work outdoors, hold meetings or take a quick break.
