In order to achieve an overall look of the finishing touches, CORES once again called on Anouk&#8217;s expertise and received some useful tips for future residents in the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog series &#8220;Styled by Anouk&#8221;, we will be giving many handy interior tips in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-intro-text\"><strong>Create a sense of space and welcoming vibe by making use of the existing elements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now that the plans are much more detailed, we can start thinking about how to make the best use of the different spaces and finishes and emphasise the qualities of the different types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An apartment must have a degree of coherence, a complete image that ties in nicely with the rest of the development.<\/p>\n\n\n<div\n    class=\"wp-block-spotlight-text-with-image wp-blocks-block  alignwide\"\n>\n    <div\n        class=\"flex flex-col-reverse lg:flex-row w-full lg:flex-row-reverse\"\n    >\n        <div\n            class=\"p-6 lg:p-8 w-full lg:w-2\/5 wysiwyg-list-checkbox wysiwyg-link-orange text-gray-300 wysiwyg-no-padding lg:pl-16\"\n        >\n                                        <p>\n                    <p>To furnish the new interior, we have decided to combine the slightly cooler tile in the lounge with warmer and cosier materials, including oak wood and linen curtains.<\/p>\n<p>The colour of the window frames is echoed in the details of the interior by means of black accents, such as the fine curtain rod, the lounge chair and the elegant lamp above the island. A real eye catcher! We deliberately refrained from using brass or white here, as these create too many different &#8216;languages&#8217;. The large window sections are an extra bonus here. They draw in an enormous amount of daylight. Think of the black details on the butterfly chair.
