It includes high-quality apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, luxurious penthouses and homes with three or four bedrooms, alongside co-living units. The new neighbourhood square and the playfully undulating inner gardens form the beating heart of the new community and encourage local social life.<\/p>\n<p>The inspiration for the design of the inner gardens came from the site\u2019s history: the beguinage. The project avoids fossil fuels entirely and is fully reliant on renewable energy, which benefits both the planet and your energy costs.<\/p>\n<p>The buildings are heated and passively cooled through a shared geothermal heat pump (BTES system).
