met\u00a0<strong>Avantgarden\u00a0<\/strong>als landschapsarchitect realiseerden zij een ontwerp in lichte (aarde) tinten, met genereuze buitenruimtes die naadloos\u00a0overgaan\u00a0in de waterrijke, <p>Van bij het begin van het ontwerp werd er rekening gehouden met de specifieke waterhuishouding op de site. Geldende normen naar hergebruik, infiltratie, buffering en afvoer worden maximaal \u00e9n meer gerespecteerd.<\/p>\n<p>Het woonproject wordt bovendien volledig\u00a0<strong>gasvrij en future proof<\/strong>\u00a0ontworpen.
