L\u2019immeuble de bureaux inoccup\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9moli en 2013 pour laisser la place \u00e0 un projet de 184 appartements, des bureaux, des commerces de d\u00e9tail, des \u00e9tablissements horeca, une maison de repos et de soins et un supermarch\u00e9 que tout le quartier attendait depuis un certain temps.\n                    <\/div>\n                                <div class=\"flex flex-col items-start\">\n                                            En collaboration avec la Ville d\u2019Anvers, nous avons am\u00e9nag\u00e9 un nouveau parc dans le quartier \u00e0 la place de  l\u2019ancien parking. La ligne de tram versl\u2019int\u00e9rieur et l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la ville a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9e et les rues avoisinantes r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9es. Les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ont permis d\u2019approfondir et d\u2019\u00e9largir la rivi\u00e8re ainsi que d\u2019embellir les rives.
