La nouvelle place de quartier et les jardins int\u00e9rieurs en pente douce sont le c\u0153ur battant du\u00a0nouveau quartier et encouragent la vie de quartier.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement des jardins int\u00e9rieurs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.okra.nl\/nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OKRA Landscape Architects<\/a> s&#8217;est inspir\u00e9 de l&#8217;histoire du site : le b\u00e9guinage. C&#8217;est bon pour la plan\u00e8te, mais aussi pour vos frais de consommation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les b\u00e2timents sont chauff\u00e9s et refroidis passivement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une pompe \u00e0 chaleur g\u00e9othermique commune (champ de stockage g\u00e9othermique).
